Comes from the Spanish word "Barbacoa" and means "meats slowly smoked over a wood fire". Our Barbecue is slow- smoked and flavored with our own dry rubs. No sauce is added to our meats.

We provide carry-out and heat and serve Smoked and Grilled Meats and Seafood at our Aspen Park, Conifer, Colorado Carry-out Cabin.

At our Cabin, we also offer offer Salads , Sandwiches , Barbecue , Homemade Sauces, Smoked Salts, and Spice Rubs.

Specializing in full-service catering, our many catering buffet options include our most popular and economical, Old-Tyme Barbeque Buffet with award winning smoked meats, homemade sauces, smoked salts and spice rubs with prices as low as $9.00 per person! For lunch or dinner, it’s a menu that’s perfect for a casual picnic or a rustic elegant wedding reception in the mountains.

Our catering menus include many favorite theme buffets that are perfect for your next special event.
